We work with passion to offer, through non-formal education, training and individual development opportunities to the youth and adults in communities that most require it in our country.
The Mobile Classroom is a semitrailer equipped with a modern computer classroom, which is installed at a school or community centre. We may offer up to 35 simultaneous courses for the youth and adults Monday through Sunday and morning through evening. At the end of the courses we organize an event to give our graduates (about 1000 in six months) their diploma, celebrating that a great number of people have come back to education.
We develop free three months long computer courses for the youth and adults, training them from the basic concepts through management of applications specialized in design, programming and internet. The program seeks to integrate each member of the community, and thus shortening the digital gap, improving their self-esteem, their competences and their job opportunities. As it focuses at digital literacy, it is open to the youth and adults of all ages, strengthening the commitment and our bet to education as a means of insertion and social inclusion.
We reach the farthest communities in the country taking our IT portable equipment. This way we offer digital literacy to the youth and adults in various locations. This itinerant equipment has access to various locations in a region by car as it is transported in two suitcases. This programme allows us to reach remote places where technology is scarce. It offers a unique opportunity to people who live far from urban areas and therefore are deprived of such training.
Robotics, Programming, 3D Printing, Internet are some of the axes we work on together with technical schools and professional training centres to transmit the knowledge among adults and promote their updating and job insertion.
The courses are 42 hours long, and they are determined in response to the job demand of the enterprises in the area.

Musical learning fosters unique attitudes in young people and adults for personal growth and social inclusion. Through music, social inclusion is strengthened for those who need it most.
This program offers training that seeks to have a positive impact on local orchestras and youth orchestras, training the musicians who organize the orchestras in the communities, through 5 modalities: workshops and master classes in musical direction, workshops and master classes in specific instruments, an annual music camp, mentoring and guidance, and solidarity concerts.
Language is another way of expanding job opportunities for the people and the whole community. Through us many may have access to English courses in the level that best suits the group. We seek to promote the interest for another language and develop new abilities to afford a globalized world and a demanding labour market. We offer 4 level courses, each of them is 9 months long. They are frequently organized according to the enterprises and tourism demands, as they are true employers.
Through lectures, meetings and sport clinics, we promote contention for the youth and local institutions, supporting developing clubs so that they increase their capacity and educational outreach.
At each meeting Professional and famous sportspeople share their experience and are good example for the community.
The programme focuses on strengthening the institutions (schools and clubs) and the people, to include them through the healthy sports practise, in the frame of the sport values and strengthen positive leadership
The programme aims at including all the members of the community in the sanitary system. We promote the usefulness of the local health system through training and information of healthy practises of prevention and self-care.
We train in trades to improve the students’ abilities and generate new job opportunities. Training is given to the youth and adults with the least opportunity to receive any kind of education so that they may get a better qualified job. The courses are 3 months long and may be on welding, blacksmith, sewing, sewing patterns, hairdresser, manicure, pastry, bakery, social and artistic makeup, carpentry, construction, PC repair, clothing design, loom, motorcycles repair, canine hairdresser, etc.
We, thus, respond to the local demand and to the concrete training need, in constant dialogue with the community. These courses are a great motivation for self-employment or for applying at some enterprise, with good job opportunities.

We promote the setting up of IT training centres in public and private educational centres as part of adults training. Each new venue that is added to Educando is given a complete computer room with connectivity to the web, a printer or projector, and permanent technical support.
The programme offers the ideal area for the youth and adults training with other programmes of the Foundation, bringing the institution to the community.
As it considers the donation of material, certain continuity in time with other programmes that may take advantage of the IT room (e.g.:Educando in IT) is regarded with the new venue.
